For optimum results, always add the water before the contents of a packet. Donít use boiling water, because it will destroy proteinís properties and change the productís texture.

Oatmeal Preparation
Pour 80 mL of hot (but not boiling) water into a bowl, add contents of one packet and mix until mixture is smooth. Add a little bit of skim milk and/or sugarless syrup if desired.
